TLIX is one of the exclusive Tools from DPS Solving Flooring Division. When installing the understructure of raised flooring, TLIX simplifies the operation, liberating the realisation. A patented universal polypropylene joint, TLIX is able to connect the aluminium joists of the understructure in any position when laying raised flooring with multi-format ceramics and tiles.
Indeed, TLIX can connect the joists in a T, L, I or X formation, securing their alignment in order to create a stable framework.
The extreme versatility means infinite combinations can be created without any constraints or limits to the positioning of ceramic components of different sizes. Multi-format planks and tiles will always have proper support on the understructure, being properly configured.
TLIX is available in two sizes (with 50 x 25 mm or 60 x 30 mm openings) and permits creating a perfectly spaced and distributed framework of the joists. What’s more, any type of cross or connection can be created, meaning the geometry of the metal substructure can be managed in complete freedom. TLIX is also ideal for spacing joists with a steady passage, speeding up operations with a secure result. In this way, the framework of the understructure can be freely configured in the way that best suits the dimensions of the tiles, whether they be all the same or multi-format.
TLIX renders the installation of raised flooring with multi-format tiles or planks quick and easy.
Once the aluminium understructure has been configured thanks to the TLIX joints, the subsequent laying of the multi-format covering atop the joists is very swift, stable and secure.
